2 slices Italian bread, Texas toast, or 1 small ciabatta loaf halved
4 slices Swiss cheese, thinly sliced
4 slices sweet ham, thinly sliced
4 slices lean pork, thinly sliced
thin dill pickles slices
butter, at room temperature
Preheat your IMUSA PANINI PRESS.
Combine equal parts mayo and mustard in a bowl and spread the mixture evenly on both sides of the bread. Layer half the cheese on the bottom half of the bread, followed by the ham and pork. Layer pickles on top of the pork, then the other half the cheese. Top with the top half of the bread, and press the sandwich down a little.
Place the hamburger patties on your IMUSA ELECTRIC GRIDDLE and let cook until brown on both sides (for 15 minutes).
Top each burger with a slice of Mozzarella cheese. Meanwhile, lightly toast your buns on the other side of the grill
